Let Me Sleep

Your body is tired. Your brain is still in a meeting.

Let Me Sleep is a sleep coach for people who can't switch off at night. Seven quick questions get you a 6-week plan built on CBT-I, so every evening you know what to do, and when.

Free to download. Your plan is ready after a two-minute quiz.

9:00?

You've already tried the obvious things.

  • chamomile tea
  • no screens after ten (lasted two nights)
  • a three-hour rain playlist
  • the meditation app you stopped opening

None of these are bad ideas. They're just not a plan.

Sleep research keeps returning to something less exciting: a regular sleep window, a wind-down your brain learns to recognize, and a few skills for the moments you're lying awake. That's the heart of CBT-I.

Let Me Sleep walks you through it, five minutes a day, and tells you what to do tonight instead of handing you another library.

What tonight looks like

Dark, quiet screens with big buttons for sleepy hands. At most two reminders a day, at times you pick.

The Tonight screen: Lights out in 7 hours 44 minutes, a wind-down checklist with last coffee, dinner, phone down and a five-minute worry dump, the smart alarm window and a Start sleep button.
Tonight. A short checklist, then one big button.
The Sounds screen: warm drifting music, soft rain, ocean waves, a steady fan, brown noise and pink noise, each one tap to play.
Sounds. Rain, fan, ocean, warm music. Use a sleep timer.
The yoga list: Child's Pose, Cat-Cow, Legs-Up-the-Wall, Reclining Bound Angle, Supine Spinal Twist and Corpse Pose, each one to four minutes, plus a 24-minute guided Yoga Nidra.
Bedtime yoga. Six slow poses, Yoga Nidra and breathing. Keeps going with the phone locked.

How your plan gets made

  1. 1

    Seven questions

What keeps you up, your usual hours, early bird or night owl, shift work, stress. About two minutes, and no sign-up.

  2. 2

    A sleep window

A steady bedtime and wake time that fit your life, plus when to start winding down and when to have your last coffee.

  3. 3

    One small thing a day

A five-minute lesson and one task. Log your nights and the window moves in small steps.

Six weeks, in six short chapters

Each week has one theme. Each day is one lesson you can read before your coffee goes cold.

  1. WEEK 1

    Find your sleep window FREE

a bedtime and wake time you can keep

  2. WEEK 2

    Build a wind-down

a short routine that tells your body it's time

  3. WEEK 3

    Quiet the racing mind

worry dumps and thought tools for the replay

  4. WEEK 4

    Light, caffeine and timing

small daytime changes that make nights easier

  5. WEEK 5

    Meet 3 a.m. calmly

what to do, and not do, when you wake

  6. WEEK 6

    Make it stick

keep what worked, so good nights become normal

Weeks 2 to 6 come with Premium. The price and any free trial are shown in the app before you decide.

And if you wake up at ten past three

Tap “I'm awake”. In very low light, the app talks you through the next few minutes: why a quiet break out of bed can help if you've been awake a while, why the clock isn't your friend right now, and a slow breathing practice or body scan for when you lie back down.

It never buzzes, flashes or pops up on its own in the night.

don't check it

What happens at night stays on your phone.

Listening stays local. When sleep tracking arrives, it will listen on the phone only. Raw audio and motion never leave it; just a short summary of each night is saved.

No ads. No selling data. The app is paid for by an optional subscription, not by your information.

Start without an account.Take the quiz and get your plan first. Delete your account and data from inside the app whenever you like.

— Suraj, who's building Let Me Sleep

Good morning. A few straight answers.

What is CBT-I?

Cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia: a set of habits and thinking skills, such as a regular sleep window, keeping the bed for sleep and handling racing thoughts. It's one of the most studied non-drug approaches to better sleep. Let Me Sleep turns its principles into small daily steps. It's a self-guided wellness program, not therapy with a clinician.

Is this medical treatment?

No. It's a wellness app and doesn't diagnose, treat or cure anything. If you snore loudly, stop breathing in your sleep or feel very sleepy during the day, please talk to a doctor.

How much does it cost?

The quiz, your plan, week 1, the sleep diary, reminders and the alarm are free. Premium unlocks weeks 2 to 6. The price and any free trial are shown in the app before you decide, and you can cancel any time in the App Store or Google Play.

Do I need a watch or a tracker?

No. Everything works with your phone alone. The Apple Watch and Wear OS apps are optional.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Your plan, checklist, alarm, sounds and breathing practices work without a connection, so airplane mode at night is fine.

Where can I download it?

On the App Store for iPhone (iOS 18.2 or later) and on Google Play for Android (7.0 or later). It's free to download, and your plan is ready after a two-minute quiz.

Tonight could be different. It starts with two minutes.
