Delete your Let Me Sleep account

Let Me Sleep: AI Sleep Coach

You can delete your Let Me Sleep account and the data linked to it at any time, either inside the app or by email.

Option 1: Delete in the app

Open Let Me Sleep.
Go to the Profile tab.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and data are removed from our servers right away, and the app's data on your phone is cleared.

Option 2: Ask us by email

Send an email to surajpsp@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Let Me Sleep account".

Please send it from the email address you signed in with. If you never signed in, tell us roughly when you installed the app and which device you use, so we can find your account.

We will confirm and delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account and sign-in details.
Your onboarding answers and personalised sleep plan.
Sleep summaries, scores, sleep diary entries and morning check-ins.
Your wind-down checklist and program progress.
AI sleep coach messages.

What may be kept

Anonymous crash reports and usage statistics that cannot identify you. Our providers keep these for a limited time and then delete them automatically.
Purchase records held by Google Play, the Apple App Store and RevenueCat, where the law requires them for tax and accounting.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Please cancel it first in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions) or in your Apple ID settings (Subscriptions).
